The tour guide personally picked us up from the hotel and provided excellent and responsible service throughout the trip. The five-star Sea Lion cruise ship was also very new, and we were very satisfied with the food, seating arrangements, and explanations. The night before, a Chinese-speaking guide named Ruby added us on WeChat to provide detailed instructions, and she also dropped us off at the hotel that evening. A pleasant day.

Iris is resting. We were upgraded to the Dolphin, a fantastic boat. The newest and most luxurious boat in the entire marina. It has three floors, a restaurant on the first floor, a pool and stage on the second floor, and a hot tub on the third floor. There's also a sunset party with a band. The entire itinerary was perfectly planned. The service was excellent. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Halong Bay.

I had a wonderful experience on the dolphin cruise managed by Legacy Voyages Vietnam. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the entire journey feel comfortable and well organized. The cruise itself was absolutely worth the money, offering beautiful views, a relaxing atmosphere, and a smooth, enjoyable ride. The tour activities were thoughtfully planned, giving us enough time to explore, take photos, and truly enjoy the surroundings without feeling rushed. The food served on board exceeded expectations, with fresh, delicious dishes and a great variety that catered to different tastes. Overall, it was a memorable and high-quality experience that combined excellent service, great value, and unforgettable moments. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable day on the water.

We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Had a great tour with Jenna, our tour guide. The lunch was particularly good. She had lots of interesting insights about the locations we visited. Unfortunately the traffic was a little heavy, which slowed us down, and maybe prevented us from being able to stop at some of the tourist spots. But overall it was excellent value and a great afternoon excursion.

The most important thing to keep in mind when taking this cruise is that it's not really a cruise. The ship departs from the port and is anchored, and all excursions are on small motorboats. We took a three-day cruise, and it was the best choice. On the first day, we visited popular locations in Halong Bay: 1. Thi Top Island with its observation deck and beach, where we had a wonderful swim, and 2. Sung Sot Cave. On the second day, we transferred to another boat and went to Lan Ha Bay, where it was simply magnificent. There were fewer people. We had a wonderful kayaking trip to Luon Cave, and then swimming in the sea from the ship. We lounged on the deck chairs and sunbathed. The guides were wonderful, caring, and attentive both days. The crew took care of us constantly. The three of us also enjoyed the food; it was plentiful and varied. The only downside was that our cabin didn't have a balcony, but we had to live with it since there were no other three-person cabins available. The transfer was wonderful. This tour was excellent value for money.
