I started from the airport,The HK bus gives information about where to get on the bus and told when they came late.The seat is comfortable,they have a power socket and blanket. They stopped 2times for a break. I recommend this.★

It seems the bed sizes vary depending on the vehicle. When I came from Hanoi to Sapa, the length was 180cm, so it was fine, but when I went from Sapa to Hanoi, the length was 165cm, so it was slightly uncomfortable; however, I definitely recommend the sleeping bus.★

Wonderful sleeper bus! They provide Wi-Fi, 0.5 bottled water, a pillow, a blanket, and the air conditioning worked. Very comfortable seats. We had a great trip.★

The bus is new and clean. All seats able to recline and even provide massage function. Also, there’s bottle of mineral water and wet tissue provided. All passenger must take off their shoes before taking the bus. Nice experience in overall though the 6 hours journey is torturing.★

Upon I booked this VicSapa night train from Hanoi to Sapa, a lady was friendly acknowledging thru WhatsApp my booking & later reminded me how/what to do on the actual day at trainstation VIP room， where there were guys even helped me to carry my luggage to platform 8 & to the train. Thanks to the VicSapa staff.
