After the itinerary was set, the service staff quickly confirmed the itinerary details. After boarding the bus at Tuanzhou Port, it took about an hour to collect all the passengers before the actual journey began, including a 30-minute rest stop, for a total of about 4-5 hours. The seat space is a bit small, and those with long legs may not be comfortable, but the driver will try his best to drop off the passengers at the location closest to the B&B, which is very considerate.

The bus is great and the staff are responsible and conscientious. I really recommend taking the bus to and from Halong Bay and Hanoi. There will be a rest stop in the middle where you can go to the toilet, buy some food and drinks, and of course, there are souvenirs for sale. There is no forced sales.

Happy, the coordinator, is friendly and helpful through the whole journey. She extended the extra miles to ensure that the transport was arranged to bring us to the hotel at the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The bus is very clean, and the seat with massage function is very comfortable and spacious.

When going to see the view, ride on the right side and when coming back, ride on the left side. If possible, the first floor is much better than the second floor. The second floor shakes a lot due to road conditions. I reserved the second floor, but there were no seats on the first floor when coming back. It stopped at rest areas twice. After 1 hour and after 3 hours, the restroom fee is 3,000 won per person. Overall, I was satisfied. I recommend it because it includes pick-up and drop-off service.
