It’s my second time on this tour with Ella and I must say that it was the best experience in Hanoi. Ella is such a great person and knows well how to handle with all the different cultures and people. This time i was with my mother, we both don’t eat pork and don’t drink beer and we had options like everyone else! The food, the learning and the magic of Hanoi and Ella as well were the best combination for us. Thank you for such an amazing tour! Super recommend ❤️🔝

Thank you to Kong for an enjoyable tour around various street food stops. You can be assured you’re taken to places with good hygiene ratings. You get a lot of food on this tour. Great location for the egg coffee with a view of the lake.

We had a great tour guide ~ Timmy ~ highly recommend him! He was super personable and kind and took us to some of the best food I have eaten in my life! Truly it was fantastic to understand the options and he was such a great translator for food ordering for the rest of our trip. We were a little full and he gave us options to change to which was very nice. He showed us pictures of other places he had toured lately which made us super excited. He even arranged a ricksaw for us after the tour which was lovely (we paid but it was nice to be taken care of) Highly highly recommend him! Yummy yummy food Vietnam!!!

Used the fast track service at HCMC Airport and it was totally worth it! Communication with the agents over WhatsApp was super easy – they were clear, responsive, and confirmed everything quickly. When we landed, a staff member was already waiting for us, helped us skip the long immigration line, and got us through the airport much faster than usual. In and out with no stress 👍🏻

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!


