Even though I made a last-minute reservation just two hours before my departure, the agent contacted me immediately and allowed me to use the service on the same day. Even though my flight was delayed by about an hour, the agent waited patiently and checked on my safe arrival. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, allowing for a comfortable trip. Fast-track service is a must for me when traveling to Vietnam, and I plan to exclusively use this company from now on. ^^★

It was my first time using this service. There is a long line at immigration in Vietnam, so I thought I'd give it a try and made a reservation. A staff member was waiting for me in front of immigration. There were a lot of people holding papers with different names on them, so I had to keep a close eye on them, but they were there. After meeting up with the staff member, they checked my boarding pass and guided me straight through immigration! When I arrived, there was only one person going through immigration, so I was able to enter the country with almost no waiting. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it!!★

It's very good, faster than usual. Last used the service on September 7, 2025. There were a lot of people in the normal channel. For us, it took less than 15 minutes in total. It's very good.★

I arrived at Ho Chi Minh Airport around 3pm, and immigration was extremely crowded with a long line in the regular lane. It looked like it would take two hours.
Thanks to having applied for the fast track service in advance, I was able to complete immigration in around 30 minutes. I met the officer just before immigration, who showed me a placard with my name on it, and was guided to a dedicated lane, which allowed me to use the pass without any stress.
Depending on the time of arrival, this can significantly reduce immigration time, so I highly recommend it for those who want to make the most of their time.
