Very good smooth process, but if you’re a Hong Kong citizens ans you didn’t register your card you cannot use Macau e pass you need to go through immigration.

I was able to board the ferry from Macau to Hong Kong at a great price by simply showing the QR code on my voucher. The seats on the ferry were spacious and comfortable. I needed to go through immigration and proceed to the gate 10 minutes before departure, so I made sure to arrive with plenty of time.

Booking tickets on Ctrip was very convenient. You can choose the time, and if you arrive early, they will arrange an earlier sailing, which is very user-friendly. The boat is large and relatively stable. It took less than an hour to get from Hong Kong to Macau.

It's very convenient, with the ferry ride from Macau to Hong Kong taking only an hour. It was raining heavily when we departed, so I expected a bumpy ride. But I was wrong. The ride was smooth and I didn't get seasick. I bought a ticket for the 2:00 PM ferry, so I arrived early and was able to board the boat early. Very friendly.

Redeeming the ticket by presenting the QR code was very quick and convenient. I booked for 1:30 pm but arrived early, and the front desk allowed me to check in and take an earlier ferry. Excellent service, the journey from Macau to Hong Kong took about an hour. The entire process was smooth and safe. Thank you!
