We were picked up right from the hotel. It was just the two of us. The guide spoke good English and explained and showed us everything. The views were absolutely beautiful. We saw a lot. We really enjoyed it. There were no lines, which was also a plus. The tour was excellent.

I usually use a physical SIM card when traveling, but this time I was in a rush and didn't have time to buy one, so I tried using an eSIM for the first time. I thought it would be a lot of work, but it turned out to be so simple – just follow the instructions! The reception is great. It didn't load at startup, which I thought was a problem, so I turned it off and on again, and then it worked. It automatically connects to the network when crossing borders, which is very convenient! After this initial experience, I will definitely buy an eSIM to replace the physical SIM card in the future.

Assigned Travel guide 阿華 was extremely patient with handling the tour group, even though tour group members are of various nationalities, different profiles(family, couple, singles). Other than ensuring the safety of all during the walk by pacing the tour carefully and engaging the group fruitfully with informative knowledge about TianMen Dong, he also helped to provide other information for tourists wanting to know about travelling around ZhangJiaJie City. Tour package was pretty standard, but guide was excellent👍

Overall, this day trip was excellent! Great value for money! Our guide, Ah Xiong, was conscientious, responsible, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, exceeding our expectations. Deserves a 5-star rating! The itinerary was tailored to our age, minimizing waiting time and walking, and providing detailed descriptions of all the sights. He was incredibly attentive throughout, engaging in lively conversation and providing vivid and engaging descriptions of the natural scenery, including local customs and traditions, making the rain-shrouded landscapes come alive. The day trip was short, but the scenery of Zhangjiajie, the Ctrip platform, and our guide Ah Xiong made it unforgettable. We'll definitely come back again sometime.
