The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D
I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.★

This was my first time using an e-SIM, and it was for a trip to Europe. I was worried something might go wrong, but everything was fantastic; I always had internet. When you arrive, you just need to switch the SIM card settings and enable roaming. The SIM automatically connects to the best carrier in the region. I connected to Orange, Vodafone, and Turk Telecom.★

I’m in Salamanca and internet connection is fast. I didnt have any issues. I get 5G. See attached screenshot. I bought 1GB a day but it’s more than enough with my phone activities. It’s easy to install also coz there is a straightforward “install” here after you purchase.★

We activated it the day before arriving in Tenerife. The connection was working fine upon arrival. The 30GB storage was enough for 14 days with more to spare. I bought it for four people in our group. Everyone is happy.👍🏻
