I don't know when I can get on the way, so I bought a voucher for the return and made a seat reservation on the arex site (Japanese support). Just before, there were many cases where there was no seat and I couldn't ride 々, so I was able to make a reservation in advance for the seat and spend it with peace of mind. Also, it is cheaper than buying at the counter, and I will definitely buy a voucher in the future.

After purchase, the ticket number will be provided. You can choose the flight to the ticket machine to pick up the ticket. You can use it immediately. The AREX Airport Express has not many times, and you need to enter the station 30 minutes before the departure. The ticket is not available early! ! After booking with Trip.com, if you’re unable to get your seats assigned with the AREX website, don’t worry, just get to the station, then go to AREX information center and they will assign the seats for you. Either way, you need to get a printed ticket, they don’t let you use the QR code that you received after booking, so you must go to the information center anyways. Remember, get there with some time in advance since the process may take a bit.

I couldn't exchange for physical ticket at the automatic booth. So I asked the staff at the information booth, she scanned the QR and issue the ticket for me. Luckily I could catch the bus which is 1 min from departing. 😁 The overall exprience was good. The bus is directly from COEX and ICN so I didn't have to worry about having to wait for the next bus if there's no seat available like other bus that have stops in between. Staff at the bus station and the driver are all friendly and helpful. I will use the service it again if I stay in Southern Seoul next time.

I had to go to COEX in a hurry and used it to go straight from the airport regardless of the hotel. Enter the ticket purchase screen before lined up for immigration, buy the ticket at the moment you decide to be in time, go through the immigration gate and run to the bus ticket office immediately. I exchanged it for the desired bus ticket. It was very convenient. I was worried about traffic jams, but I thought it would be faster and easier than going by train with a suitcase, but that was true. The seats were wide and I could sit comfortably.

It's really easy and nice. It's easy to understand from Incheon, but there are many stops from Gangnam and it may be difficult to understand the bus stop. I think it's better to be close to the hotel and the bus stop. If you become a limousine bus, you won't get to Alex.


