It's comfortable and fast. I found this train on my first trip to Korea and tried it out. It's not particularly inconvenient even if you don't speak Korean. The scenery is beautiful, so it's a pleasant ride. However, there is also a bus from the airport, so you might want to prioritize that even if it costs more. This train only goes as far as Seoul, so you'll need to transfer.★

It's very convenient. Booking seats in advance is very good. It will show a different train than the one you booked online. As long as the time is right, the seat will not change. In short, it is a very friendly train line.★

They seats were so comfy! I was able to charge my phone while on the bus and I slept through the whole drive due to the comfort and the curtains! There was a pit stop halfway through the drive to allow everyone to buy drinks and food but also so that people could stretch there legs! ★

I couldn't exchange for physical ticket at the automatic booth. So I asked the staff at the information booth, she scanned the QR and issue the ticket for me. Luckily I could catch the bus which is 1 min from departing. 😁 The overall exprience was good. The bus is directly from COEX and ICN so I didn't have to worry about having to wait for the next bus if there's no seat available like other bus that have stops in between. Staff at the bus station and the driver are all friendly and helpful. I will use the service it again if I stay in Southern Seoul next time.★

I had to go to COEX in a hurry and used it to go straight from the airport regardless of the hotel. Enter the ticket purchase screen before lined up for immigration, buy the ticket at the moment you decide to be in time, go through the immigration gate and run to the bus ticket office immediately. I exchanged it for the desired bus ticket. It was very convenient. I was worried about traffic jams, but I thought it would be faster and easier than going by train with a suitcase, but that was true. The seats were wide and I could sit comfortably.
