The highway was closed. The whole journey took extra an hour! But it was smooth and the Chinese lady tour guide is very patience and polite! I have taken a lot of nice photo even though it was a raining day!★

Our tour guide, Oscar, is young but experienced. He departs on time and provides engaging commentary in both Chinese and English throughout the day. He sends real-time information about attractions, meeting times, and parking locations to all tourists, making it easy for everyone to plan their visit. Kyoto by the Sea is absolutely gorgeous. A fantastic day trip! It's much cheaper and more convenient than going on your own. It's a bilingual (Chinese and Korean) tour, with about half the passengers being Chinese and half Korean. Our guide, Gu Wenji, was incredibly helpful and patient. Highly recommended!★

Fortunately, our bus only departed from Osaka and didn't stop in Kyoto, so the actual journey to Amanohashidate took about 140 minutes. We could get off in Kyoto on the return trip. Our tour guide, Suke, was very nice! Feeding the seagulls was fun, and the view from the bottom of the Amanohashidate monorail was even better than from the top. It was just a pity that it was cloudy and drizzling on the day of our trip. The travel time and arrival time were roughly equal, making the itinerary very suitable.★

I originally planned to explore Amanohashidate on my own, taking my time to enjoy the scenery, but considering my husband's recent back and leg problems, we opted for a day tour instead. We boarded in Kyoto, and the tour guide contacted us beforehand via WeChat with the license plate number and phone number. The agreed-upon time was also very punctual. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, providing explanations of the sights along the way. Since there were many Koreans on the bus, she spoke a lot of Korean. The scenery was beautiful, and the weather was perfect. It would have been quite inconvenient to travel to these places on my own, so choosing a day tour with an enthusiastic guide was a great option. I recommend it to everyone!
