I did a special itinerary by adding a detour to the Shenquan Ecological scenic area (for some 300¥ extra), they were extremely helpful and accommodating in organising this trip for me. My driver Mr Li was extremely kind, competent and fun to be around - we had some extra adventure (offroading due to a blocked main road, and full blown thunderstorm at the end of the trip) but it all worked out wonderfully. Just note they drop you off at the Laoniuwan-Scenic area, to take the shuttle/boat to go around at your own pace. The English description may make it sound like they drive you to the individual sights, but that is not the case. There is little English information in the park, so I found it confusing ar the beginning - the park actually has multilanguageaudio-guide you can scan with wechat. Just not a map that shows what is where and how to move between stops. anyway it was a wonderful trip and I would totally do it again! thanks to Stella and Mr Lu for the extraordinary service!

We had a great tour, loved everything. We'd booked tours with this company before, and everything was always smooth. We contacted the manager on WeChat immediately after booking; she was always available and responded promptly. In the morning, a driver picked us up from the hotel, and our group headed out to the steppe, where we could go horseback riding, go-karting, or sledding. At lunchtime, we stopped at a restaurant for a bite to eat (at our own expense). Then we headed to a park with a volcano. You can rent a suit there, but since we chose a package that included the rental, we had to find the right tent where they were waiting for us. We couldn't figure out where it was at first, because there were so many of them, and ours was off to the side, almost at the very end. But the main thing is that the photos turned out amazing. I definitely recommend everyone visit.

The itinerary was rather rushed, a bit whirlwind, but it covered most of Beijing's iconic landmarks. Our tour guide, Liu Yansong, provided excellent service; he was friendly, his explanations were thorough, and he had a great sense of humor, keeping the atmosphere lively throughout the trip. The hotel, however, was terrible. Despite being advertised as a five-star hotel, it was just a regular three-star. Even after staying for so many days, they didn't change the sheets, and the environment was old and poor. The TV was an old-fashioned, thick, and dark model, and the bathroom didn't even have a showerhead. Aside from the hotel itself, I was satisfied with everything else. I strongly request a change of partner hotel.
