The booking is very easy. We came out a bit earlier so I was able to cancel my previous reservation and rebook the earlier departure time. All is done in the app in a minute. The bus stop is just outside the departure hall. The bus stopped right in front of my hotel in Shinjuku. Such a stress-free ride.

There are also shift instructions at the stop sign and personnel can assist the space on the bus. The first stop of the bus is Shinjuku West Exit. It is Shinjuku Terminal.
