Large hotel, convenient, clean, and good service. It has a direct connection to Hakata Station. The room includes bottled water, shampoo, soap, face cream, face wash, comb, toothbrush, and toothpaste, replenished daily. The staff are very lovely. It's easy to call a taxi and it's close to the airport.★

It's very easy to set up, and in case of emergency, the support team responds quickly. We stopped the data plan because it was difficult to track how much we were spending. We thought we were low, but it turned out we'd used it all. That was probably the only annoying issue. But that was with our previous SIM card; this time, we've learned how to monitor it via mobile data and set daily limits. We recommend it.★
