It was fantastic, an ideal experience!!! The food was exquisite, made by them themselves with branches of the desert. Nothing picant. We had dance, songs, etc. and we finished counting the stars . The staff is excellent and Raj, the camp boss is a crack, always pending on what everyone needs.

We spent 3 days in Jaisalmer this February with Lalu. I had read a few reviews on Lalu and other tour operators during the planning stages. I have to admit that all the reviews on Lalu are spot on. He is incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful going over and beyond his role. He is Mr Jaisalmer. The whole town knows him. He has incredible connections throughout the town and can facilitate any request from a tourist. We learnt a lot about the history and culture of Jaisalmer and he helped connect the dots regarding the Silk Road. He is fluent in English and he is locally known as Lalu German. In addition he is very generous and reliable. If one is looking to visit Jaisalmer, one does not have to do much research. Hand yourselves to Lalu and you can trust him to take you on a very enriching experience. When we arrived in Jaisalmer we met Lalu the guide but now we have a dear friend who we would highly recommend

If you're looking for a truly amazing experience, this safari is the one to go with. We visited several archaeological sights while on our way to the desert, made it on the camel to one of the few sand dunes at this time of the year, enjoyed a simple but good dinner and then just watched the stars. The next morning we went back first on the camels and then later in the jeep. The staff was super friendly and caring, and we had a lot of fun with the main guide Ukka. Just a warning: Camel riding is not the most comfortable thing you'll ever have done!

Jaisalmer is a beautiful place. I took help from DIH for a day tour of the Golden city along with a guide. Mr. Sharma assisted me through the tour. We been to Jaisalmer Fort, Patwo ki haweli, Kuldhara, local market etc. They arranged transport as well as necessary permits. The guide was quite knowledgeable, patient and kind. I had a great experience taking this tour with DIH. I also further took their assistance to get my accommodation and adventure sport services in Sam desert. The stay was comfortable, hygienic with great food. I will surely take their services for my Udaipur and Jodhpur trip as they specialise in Rajasthan tours.


