Picking up the phone at the airport is very convenient. Staff will help you insert the SIM card and provide a transparent card holder (for the SIM card ejector tool and T-Money). Just take a number from the machine at the counter and wait to be called. The staff speaks Chinese. The signal at Goyang Stadium was exceptionally strong before entering; I was the only one who could get my phone working, as many fans around me couldn't open their apps. However, the signal weakened after entering, and completely disappeared after the show started. The signal was strong again when leaving; as long as you left your seat (without leaving the venue), you could connect to the internet. I recommend getting this service if you're going to a large venue for a concert.
