I was very pleased with the excellent makeup skills. While the costume selection isn't huge, there's a good variety. We communicated via WeChat. I appreciated that they listened to my requests. Please note that evening shoots may be late.

This Hanfu travel photoshoot experience was truly amazing! From choosing the outfits to the final shoot, every step was handled with professionalism. The staff patiently recommended Hanfu styles that suited me, and the makeup artist designed my makeup and hairstyle according to my overall look—exquisite and classically elegant. The photographer was particularly skilled at finding angles and framing shots, and patiently guided my poses and expressions. Even though it was my first time shooting Hanfu, I wasn't nervous at all. The shooting process was relaxed and enjoyable, and the final photos are full of atmosphere and have a strong ancient Chinese feel. I love every single photo. The service and technique were both top-notch, and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to take Hanfu portraits.

Excellent experience for the price! The shop is easy to find: the exact address isn't always clearly marked, so we simply marked a nearby point on the map and found it right away. The selection of hanfu was rather limited, however, with only certain styles available, probably depending on body type or the chosen package. The makeup and hair were very good, and the staff was friendly. The session lasts about 35 minutes, with fairly standardized poses, but it's fun and the photos are very high quality. We received all the photos the same evening. A big plus: we were able to keep the outfits on all day to enjoy the old town. Excellent value for money!

The makeup and photography experience at Xiao Canglan Photography was fantastic! The makeup artist's skills were top-notch; the makeup was clean, clear, and flawlessly applied, precisely enhancing facial features, making the photos look especially beautiful. They were patient and meticulous throughout the entire process. The location near the Bund is incredibly convenient. The studio is clean, comfortable, and has a warm atmosphere. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Overall, a perfect experience—highly recommended!
