Very convenient. The bus is new and spacious. There's no need to carry your luggage on board as there's plenty of storage space under the bus. The day before, the staff sent the bus registration number along with a picture and the location on amap, so I didn't have to worry about boarding the bus at the wrong spot.★

The product itself is good. However, the driver tends to arrive late for pickup or gets delayed as he picks up more passengers or picks up a friend in his car along the way. Thanks to that, I experienced the cold wind hitting my body. Still, at least we arrived at the train station safely with our suitcases....★

I was picked up on time and in the middle of the trip I was dropped off at a shop to use the restroom even though I didn't ask for it and was offered a product.★

Worried about getting carsick on the bus, I opted for a minivan. I used this company for both the outbound and return trips. The driver from the high-speed rail station to Jiuzhaigou was exceptionally good; he was very enthusiastic and friendly, telling us a lot about the scenic spots along the way. He was easy to talk to and drove very smoothly. The driver on the return trip from Jiuzhaigou to the high-speed rail station was also very punctual and provided excellent service. I highly recommend him!
