Overall, we had a positive experience. The organization was a bit of a letdown, as we booked a tour with a Russian-speaking guide, but were put on a bus with an English-speaking guide. However, we were satisfied because the guide and driver were so caring and understanding, for which we are extremely grateful! The tour was interesting.

I had an absolutely incredible experience on my Kazbegi trip, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing tour guide, Zuka! From the very beginning, Zuka went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable, excited, and well taken care of. His knowledge about the region, history, and culture was truly impressive—every stop along the way became more meaningful because of the stories and insights he shared. Not only is Zuka extremely professional and organized, but he also has a warm, friendly personality that makes the whole journey even more enjoyable. He was always attentive to our needs, patient with questions, and made sure we had enough time to fully enjoy every breathtaking view Kazbegi has to offer. Driving through the mountains felt safe and smooth, and Zuka handled everything with confidence and care. We had an absolutely wonderful journey to Kazbegi, Gudauri, and Gergeti, and David made the entire experience memorable. He was a fantastic host from start to finish, sharing detailed information about each location and keeping us informed throughout the day. What really stood out was his ability to communicate in two languages, making sure everyone felt included and comfortable. He even took the time to explain the menu to us, which was greatly appreciated. On our return, our Bolt ride was taking far too long to arrive, and George stepped in and personally brought us back to the hotel. That level of care and responsiveness truly reflects exceptional service. A big thank you to the whole team for going above and beyond. This is a company that clearly values its guests and delivers a professional, thoughtful experience from beginning to end.


