For some reason, I couldn't use data roaming, so I used the airport Wi-Fi and train Wi-Fi and contacted customer support via LINE. They said, "I understand simple Japanese, so I'll do my best," and provided me with thorough support. The signal was fast, and it was great to be able to do research and follow my favorite idols without any stress! I'd like to use this service again next time.
