Hello everyone! I'd like to share my first experience purchasing an eSIM, especially through the Trip.com app. I was very pleased, but I couldn't connect to it upon landing at Bangkok airport. Upon arrival, I contacted Trip.com support. They explained the process and showed me the steps, after which I quickly connected. I had internet access the entire time.
