Because I was hiking, the signal might have been weak in some areas, but it worked fine once I got back to the city. For installation, you need to find Wi-Fi near the airport first, then click the installation link, which is easier than sometimes having to follow complicated steps when the link doesn't work. And since I had layovers in both Singapore and Malaysia, it was easy to buy this 3-country package. No need to install it each time; just do it once and it works throughout my transit.
