Reviews: Japan 4G/5G eSIM 1-30 days High-speed data Daily package/Data package Optional days (calendar day) QR code
Guest User2025-11-17
This was my first time buying this 4G/5G eSIM before my trip to Japan, and I'm extremely satisfied with the overall experience! I received the QR code immediately after purchase, and the instructions were very clear. Just follow the steps to scan the code, install, and activate roaming—no need to remove the physical SIM card at all, which is incredibly convenient for someone like me who's always worried about losing their SIM card.
I mainly stayed in Tokyo, Yokohama, and Kamakura, and the network speed was consistently stable. Using 5G for maps, directions, videos, and photo uploads was smooth. Even on trains and in more remote areas (like the Kamakura coast and the Hakone mountains), there was still signal. Only in a few places was the speed slightly reduced, but it didn't affect usability. The speed will decrease after the high-speed data is used up, but you can still receive messages and send LINE messages; there's no complete disconnection, which is crucial for staying connected during the trip.
I also really like the option to choose the number of days, from 1 to 30 days, which perfectly suits any trip length and avoids wasting time. The price is relatively affordable, saving you the hassle of renting and returning Wi-Fi devices compared to renting locally, and it also makes your luggage lighter.
Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Japan for tourism, business, or a short stay. Easy to set up, with a stable signal and reasonable price, it's a great eSIM that makes your trip more worry-free and smooth! I would definitely repurchase it if I went to Japan again.

Reviews: JR Haruka Kansai Airport Express
Guest User2025-09-15
I'm very grateful to Ctrip for making it so convenient to buy international train tickets. I printed out the QR code and brought it with me. I redeemed my ticket at the white machine at the JR entrance of Terminal 1 at Kansai Airport. The machine has a Chinese language option. After redeeming my ticket, I entered the station through the manual channel and took the escalator down one level to Platform 3, which is where the Hello Kitty shuttle bus is located.

Reviews: [25% off official tickets] Have Fun In Kansai | 1 Week Free Pass (select any 3 facilities)

There's no need to redeem the pass; simply present the QR code on-site and choose three activities within a week. If you've already planned your trips and they're within your travel plans, this pass is worth buying. I took the Dotonbori Water Cruise, and I recommend arriving before sunset for an evening cruise and a riverside meal. Around the same time, I took the subway to the Abeno 300 Observatory at Tennoji Station. Ticket checking stops at 9:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM. The 360-degree view of Osaka at night is truly worth it. I didn't plan my third trip, the Sakishima Government Office Observatory, correctly; it was closed. I recommend using Google Navigation, which will indicate when it's closed.

Reviews: [Official Ticket] JR PASS Kansai Wide Area Railway Pass (E-Redemption Voucher)
Guest User2025-10-25
For my 6-day, 5-night trip, I bought a 5-day Kansai Wide Area Rail Pass. It was an incredible value! It took me from Kansai Airport to my hotel, then to Himeji Castle, then to the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Then, I went to Wakayama and Shirahama, even using the Kodama Tram at Kishike Station, and finally back to Kansai Airport. It was incredibly practical and saved me money!

Reviews: [Official Ticket] KANSAI RAILWAY PASS 2-Day Ticket/3-Day Ticket (formerly known as KANSAI THRU PASS)

This pass is so awesome!!! Let me tell you, if you're planning a trip to the Kansai region, you'd be making a huge mistake not getting this pass. It allows you to ride multiple train lines and travel throughout the entire Kansai region. The 3-day pass, in particular, can be used non-consecutively, which is amazing. And even in Osaka itself, you can take the Nankai train directly from the airport, which is fantastic. It also works on all subway lines, except for JR, Randen (Keifuku Railroad), and the Hieizan Sakamoto Cable. And that's not all! You can also take the train to several other prefectures, including Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, Wakayama, and Shiga. Get ready for a tiring trip, lol.
