Pick up at Bangkok Airport, 2nd floor, Gate 8. AIS counter. Hand over your phone, paper reservation, and passport. You'll receive a ready-to-use phone. The plan includes only data (WhatsApp and Max calls (even video) are supported). Convenient and fast. It's just a shame it's only for 7 days. To extend the plan, on the last day, we upgraded to a different plan through the AIS website. It cost 99 BT for 7 days (4 GB). Payment may be an issue; you need a card that works abroad.

We traveled from Phuket (Patong) to Krabi (Railay Beach). When booking, you choose the transfer option. After payment, they contacted us to confirm which flight was best (we were given a choice of 8:30 AM or 12:30 PM). A transfer arrives at the hotel two hours before departure and takes you to the pier. There, the staff tags your luggage and put stickers on your T-shirts (this helps them figure out which pier to drop you off at). Everything is quite comfortable. The journey takes about an hour.

Easy purchase, simple installation. I turned it on upon arrival, and everything works perfectly. However, once, after using the hotel's Wi-Fi, we left the hotel and the network didn't work. Turning data on and off didn't help, so I had to reboot the phone, and then everything worked again. I don't blame the phone, as my wife and I have two identical eSIM cards, both of which have different phones. The problem arose and was solved the same way on both. So if you lose your network, reboot your phone.

Good afternoon. This is my first time using this website and eSIM in general. Upon arrival in Bangkok, I activated the SIM card using a QR code. It worked right away, and the internet tethering also worked. The connection in Pattaya and Koh Lan was excellent. Thank you for providing mobile internet in Thailand.
