With the purchased voucher, I needed to check in, and the employee couldn't find this reservation for a long time, since my name was on the voucher, and the reservation was made in the name of the travel agency.

It's a bit unclear why it takes two hours to get to the ferry. Especially at 5 a.m., when everyone's wandering around sleepily. The bus, which isn't VIP, has no restroom, and only one stop, four hours into the trip. The double-decker bus wasn't full, so everyone sat comfortably, one by one. Trip doesn't offer a ride from Khao San Road; for those who live nearby, it's more convenient to buy a bus on the spot (and it seems cheaper).
