We absolutely loved the excursion to Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan! Everything was well organized: beautiful scenery, clear water, time for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. The views of Koh Nang Yuan were simply stunning.
The speedboat wasn't the most comfortable, especially in rough seas, but it was really fast—we reached the islands without a long journey. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!★

An excellent standard speedboat excursion (I'd been on a similar one in Phuket, so I had an idea). We were on a boat with a really great crew (especially our guide, Ken, who speaks all the languages of the world). They helped us, explained everything, and took photos. We were a bit unlucky with the weather; we got caught in a downpour on the way and got very wet. I recommend putting all your belongings in bags or a wet bag to protect them. If you're up for an adrenaline rush, you can sit in the front; if you're not, it's better to stay inside. The snorkeling was simply superb at all points; I dream of coming back here separately, not as a tour. Please note: you can't enter the protected island in aqua shoes. If you're not comfortable walking around the island barefoot, bring a change of footwear (like flip-flops). Also, the speedboat ride is quite tiring, so it's best not to plan several such excursions in a row.★

We took a tour with transfers from our hotel to the pier. We were picked up by minivan from the hotel, and had a light snack at the meeting point at the pier. Then it was a one-hour boat ride to Koh Tao Island, where we snorkeled at two locations. The first was more impressive; we even saw a small shark and a variety of fish, both large and small. There were no turtles. Next, we were taken to another island for lunch, and given three hours to explore. We were able to climb up to the island's deck and spend time on the beach. The water was crystal clear, and we didn't want to leave; we even felt the allotted time was a bit short. We had a truly amazing experience. Our child especially enjoyed it!★

We took a speedboat day trip out to sea. There were no other Chinese tourists, just four Koreans and a group of foreigners surrounding us. The crew's service was truly excellent. Since I can't swim, the crew took me off at Koh Tao. Following him, we saw beautiful corals and schools of fish 🐟. The weather was fantastic today, completely clear, even though it's the rainy season in Koh Samui. We saw the beautiful Koh Tao and Nanyuan Island; the seawater was crystal clear and azure blue—simply breathtaking. There's also accommodation on Koh Tao, which is quite peaceful. I'm considering coming back to stay for a couple of nights sometime.★
