Easy enough to use. The important step is to tap install once paid, then activate at your original location (UK, for me), and then turn on the roaming for that eSIM when arriving in destination (Turkey). I didn’t use the customer service so can’t comment on it. The only thing I wish I know how to do, is to check my data balance.

The internet works very well, no problems. We connected at the airport upon departure. Upon arrival, I enabled roaming and it worked.

The connection was very easy, and we had internet right on the plane. Overall, the internet worked great, but it went out one afternoon, then just as suddenly came back. We loved it and will be back.

Everything works without a hitch. I connected via a QR code on my iPhone—activation took a couple of minutes. The speed is fine, and there's plenty of data. The signal can be weaker in some rooms, but that's likely due to the building's structure and walls.
