It was a fantastic snorkeling experience. The support team responded promptly and helped answer and resolve various questions. The group boat consisted of four guys: one driver, one boat operator, one guide, and one snorkeler. They were all very nice. Our hotel was quite far, so we paid extra for a driver to pick us up. We cancelled all other activities and only chose snorkeling. The water quality was excellent, crystal clear. There were many fish and turtles. Lunch was at our own expense, but the restaurant we were taken to was quite good. Aside from the hassle of showering afterwards, everything was great. On the way back, the guide asked what we needed to buy and took us to a shopping mall for a long time, carrying the child the whole time. It's best to bring your own snorkeling gear if possible, as the ones they provide are generally older, but still usable. If you're concerned about dirt, it's best to bring your own. Remember to bring the hotel's large bath towels; they'll come in handy.

This was a very interesting and exciting event. Our driver, Leo, was very pleasant, attentive, and punctual. He met us and saw us off everywhere. We felt safe and cared for. In Trawangan, Sahman and Herman met us on a private boat with a glass bottom (the window was small), and we went to three snorkeling spots. My husband wasn't lucky with his mask... We saw and fed turtles and spent a lot of time with them. The statues on Meno impressed me with their human soup. Not recommended for visiting. We got some great videos and photos on Go Pro. Then we moored at Meno, ate, walked around, and headed back at 2:30 pm. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I recommend it to everyone!

The entire trip went according to plan, with precise timings. We communicated via WhatsApp, and they messaged us in advance to confirm our reservation. We had made a mistake with the booking dates, but they met us and rescheduled it for a day that was convenient for us. The group wasn't large, and the tour was entirely in English. The views were beautiful! We were disappointed that we didn't see manta rays, but we did see more than one Komodo dragon on Komodo Island. That was the main purpose of the trip. The beach with pink sand was beautiful; we took photos and swam! Of course, don't expect it to be bright pink, but the shade is definitely there, and the photos turned out great 🔥
