This driver/guide was incredibly hardworking, providing non-stop commentary and even personally leading us to the attractions – full marks! However, the after-sales service was poor. They didn't provide the driver's contact information or license plate number before departure, so I had to ask each driver individually at the meeting point. By the time we reached the transfer station, the driver had already completed their task, and I had no idea how to join the activities I wanted. I wasted two hours eating there before returning. Even on the return trip, I didn't know the vehicle number (it might not have been the same one I took on the way there). I often take day tours when traveling abroad, but this was the most nerve-wracking experience I've ever had.

It was awesome. Getting to the Jet boat was an unforgettable experience and only added to the entire trip. The scenery was spectacular and the Jet boat ride was absolutely amazing

It was a great cruise and an awesome boat , Tim the skipper and Dan on the bar were great. First drink free and any drink $7 after that. The cruise was amazing and the views spectacular, would highly recommend to do the Happy Hour cruise.

The guide is great and knowledgeable telling stories along the way including how he came to New Zealand being an Australian and his heritage from Scotland. The island is beautiful and the climb to the top was manageable. Hope we have more time at the top to experience the serene surrounding.
