The hot air balloon ride over Segovia was the most breathtaking experience!! It is an absolute must. The views from above were spectacular, the crew was so friendly, efficient and we enjoyed them! I would highly recommend taking time to do this experience!!★

Reviews: Segovia Private Day Trip from Madrid with Hotel pick up

Our driver, Eduardo, was a wonderful driver who took us from Madrid to Segovia and back. He first took us to a spot to take a great panoramic picture of the Alcazar and gave us ample time to freely roam around Segovia after the guided tour was over. Our local guide who was born in Segovia was wonderful as well and gave us a lot of details about local legends as well as the history of various buildings, structures and neighborhoods. She also reserved a spot at Meson de Candido in advance per our request and we were able to enter the restaurant right at the opening time and taste suckling pig which is a must in Segovia. While the private tour was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth spending the whole day in Segovia and not being rush to move along at a quicker pace when you are in a group tour.Trip.com picks
