Kind and helpful guides. I was pleasantly surprised that they took so many beautiful photos and videos of us. A lovely breakfast was freshly prepared on-site at sunrise. Highly recommend this experience, especially the hike!

Great! We were picked up from our hotel in Ubud at 2:45 AM, taken to base camp, treated to tea and coffee, and then transferred to the jeeps to watch the sunrise! The driver took lots of photos; it was absolutely beautiful! We also had breakfast there. Afterward, we went to see the black lava; it felt like we were on another planet. Next, we went to the hot springs, but honestly, I wasn't thrilled. There were a lot of flies, the toilets, showers, and changing rooms weren't very clean, and there were a lot of people. I think we could leave that out of the program. The guides and drivers were fantastic! We really enjoyed everything!

Such an unforgettable experience! Going up Mount Batur by jeep was exciting and the views were absolutely incredible. Watching the sunrise over the volcano and surrounding mountains was breathtaking. Definitely one of the highlights of our Bali trip and highly recommended!

A good mix of tour content. Only the travel times to and from the hotel were planned too short given the heavy traffic.

A wonderful spa with very helpful staff! We booked a 5-hour treatment, and believe me, it was worth the money! The scent of the oils lingered for hours after the treatment.
