Reviews: Boracay Island Massage: Enjoy affordable massages at Dmall Matrix Spa. We recommend Swedish massage, gold massage, and hot stone massage for a relaxing Boracay Island getaway!

The day before the procedure, we messaged each other on WhatsApp and booked a time. They mentioned a tip in advance, but I already knew that from reviews. I found the salon easily; I arrived about 20 minutes early, but they took me in. Everyone there was nice, polite, and smiling, and I had a pleasant experience. Everything went well, except for the chilly air conditioning, and the towels weren't much help—they were a bit damp. One suggestion: add the description that the massage was with oil. If I'd known there would be oil, I wouldn't have gone, but that's not a complaint, it's just my preference. I don't like oil in massages; it gets all my clothes and hair dirty, even though I tried covering them with a towel, but it didn't help. And it's not the therapist's fault; it's just a fact of this type of massage. At the end, the therapist asked if I minded if she massaged my head (obviously, her hands were oily), but since my hair was already greasy, I agreed; I had nothing to lose. Afterwards I went to the hotel to wash my hair again, although I had taken a shower and washed my hair before the massage.

Reviews: Boracay Island Massage SPA iLias|Experience a unique bamboo and hot stone massage
Guest User2026-03-10
I booked two consecutive hot stone massages, but the experiences differed depending on the therapists used on each day. The first massage was very satisfying; the therapist performed a thorough full-body massage, accurately targeting acupoints and meridians. The second therapist seemed rushed, and spent a considerable amount of time handling the hot stones, as if taking a short break. The shop is located near the bustling D-Mall, about a five-minute walk away. The environment is clean and private, with small private rooms instead of curtained partitions.

Reviews: Boracay Island massage at District Hotel Upperhouse

The massage itself wasn't impressive; it was just light stroking. The atmosphere was pleasant, everything was clean and cozy, but the air conditioning was very strong. It wasn't particularly enjoyable.
