Excellent. The connection is fast, and the instructions are clear. We crossed the border into Georgia and everything worked right away. The signal only got a little weaker in the mountains and sometimes late at night, but photos and videos still loaded. I'm happy with the service.

It's convenient that trip.com checks the e-SIM compatibility with your phone beforehand. It's also convenient—there's a button in the app itself that will install everything for you. ℹ️ Perhaps the instructions should be shorter and more visually clear. 📲 For iPhone users, before installation, you should also check that iMessage is enabled (it's located under Settings -> Messages). After connecting the travel SIM and disconnecting the main one, it will be more difficult to enable iMessage, or to do it later through iCloud. This is a good SIM option with various service packages.

Used on a trip to French Polynesia, Cook Islands, New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, and Australia. The concept of zones was a little hard to grasp at first but I used AI to sort how much data I have per zone. I didn't use calling or SMS. I picked this eSim because Cook Islands had 50mb of data (being part of Zone 6) while no other eSim I could find covered Cook Islands.
