Everything was great. They picked us up from the hotel, brought us to the bus, loaded us onto the bus, and drove us from Sapa to Hanoi. No complaints. Those who needed it were even given a ride to their hotel in Hanoi.

The train experience was very enjoyable. The double room was comfortable with its private space, the beds were clean, and the bathroom was also comfortable and clean. The only downside was the loud engine noise from the train, making it difficult to fall asleep, but overall, the experience was very enjoyable. I was even upgraded to a room on the return trip – I was so happy!
