Shin was the best tour guide ever. I mistakenly showed up later than scheduled and he made sure to work with me to provide the full experience in the compressed time. This a great company to work with and I had a blast!

We met Tom at the station and walked to the castle. He was knowledgeable of the area, the history and various landmark. He was easy and enjoyable to listen to The castle was amazing. Spent a few moments learning its and the regions history then went inside to learn more. Amazing views. Not good for people with mobility issues or older joints due to the stairs and stairs and mire stairs. But the view was snacking, the craftsmanship, the history. Then off to samurai class. Sensei was great funny and patient. This was a lot of fun. Then back to castle to spend time in garden abs watch the winter light show (8 min with 2 min interval then repeats). Beautiful

It was a great tour with a small group. The guide, Tim, was well versed with the area and local customs and was able to answer all questions thrown at him.


