We had an absolutely fantastic experience on our Yarra Valley tour, largely thanks to our amazing guide, Todd! From start to finish, his energy, knowledge, and top-notch humor made the trip so enjoyable. Todd went out of his way to make sure everyone had a great time – the itinerary was perfect, with amazing wineries, amazing gin tastings, and we even had Todd drive us to Domaine Chandon for lunch (at our own expense), plus plenty of time to soak up the beautiful scenery. The best part? Nobody had to worry about driving – just sit back, have a drink, and enjoy!

We were sightseeing on the Yarra River. However, we bought tickets to go upstream, but the boat went downstream. Because my language skills aren't very good, I couldn't get clear answers.

We finally boarded the hot air balloon as the first rays of sunlight greeted us in the morning. It was a wonderful experience. The service center even had a Chinese-speaking guide. The temperature difference was quite large in the morning, and the customer service reminded us to bring a jacket. It was a great trip.


