This Melbourne day trip was a great experience. The itinerary was well-organized but not rushed. The steam train was truly unique, and the scenery along the way was exceptionally beautiful, perfect for taking photos. Watching the penguins return to their nests at Phillip Island was definitely worthwhile. The atmosphere was fantastic, and seeing so many penguins returning to their nests together for the first time was a truly memorable experience. The sea view from Nobbes Point was also breathtaking; it was quite windy, but the scenery was stunning. The tour guide did a good job overall, managing the time effectively and allowing us to experience many of Melbourne's iconic sights in one day. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip and I would highly recommend it.

I'm so thankful to the driver Mr. Vance. He was very patience willing wait us for an hour because our friends stuck at the lift pass and came down we also have to wait in a very line for the free parking bus to go down of mountain to our bus. I'm so sorry to Mr. Vance also appreciate his patience.

The tour was excellent. I went with a Chinese group, as it didn't matter whether it was an English or Chinese group. The bus was comfortable, the driver was excellent, polite and attentive, and overall a true professional. The drive to the Twelve Apostles, through villages, was very educational, and the return trip along the Great Ocean Road along the beautiful coastline. We stopped for lunch and a visit to the zoo, and then stopped twice at beaches.

This was my first time taking this Great Ocean Road + Twelve Apostles day tour, and the overall experience was fantastic! The tour guide was very responsible, the time was well-organized, and there was no rushing. There was ample time for photos and exploration at each attraction. The scenery along the way was truly breathtaking; the Great Ocean Road and the Twelve Apostles are definitely worth seeing. Although the drive was relatively long, the beautiful scenery made it anything but boring. The driver drove smoothly and provided engaging commentary. The entire itinerary and description were largely consistent with the website description, with no extra charges. I was very satisfied with the experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne for the first time!

Excellent day trip and well worth it. The Great Ocean Road is stunning and the itinerary was well paced with plenty of stops for photos and sightseeing. John was a fantastic guide. Friendly, knowledgeable and well organized. He shared interesting local stories throughout the day and made the journey enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended.
