We finally boarded the hot air balloon as the first rays of sunlight greeted us in the morning. It was a wonderful experience. The service center even had a Chinese-speaking guide. The temperature difference was quite large in the morning, and the customer service reminded us to bring a jacket. It was a great trip.★

Everything went smoothly with the initial booking and inquiries.
However, to my utter surprise, the day before departure, we discovered they had forgotten to book our pickup service… The reconfirmation process was incredibly slow… so slow and frustrating that I couldn't wait any longer, I frantically called, emailed, and texted the hot air balloon company. Only after I had personally confirmed everything did they tell me they would resend me an email with the new information… (By this time, I already knew from emails, calls, and texts that the hot air balloon company had already made the necessary arrangements… I was speechless).★
