This tour was amazing from start to finish. Monica our tour guide was full of knowledge and such a lovely lady interacting with us all. We felt very safe with the coach driver too. At the end of the tour she even recommended how to spend the evening. We took her advice and went for dinner to the Navigli canals she told us what metro to catch and where to get off.

Such a beautiful tour and a fabulous day. Didi our tour guide was a fantastic lady who was funny, kind and knowledgeable. The scenery is spectacular through the alps and up to St Moritz. The bus was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The red train was amazing. I highly recommend this tour and operator to anyone interested in this trip.

Tour time was changed without notification but Ms. Lina (guide) and Mr. Mario (bus driver) was phenomenal…we would definitely recommend this tour!!
