We took the tour with a total of 8 family members & had a memorable experience visiting Lake Como, Bellagio & Lugano. All the spots were breathtaking especially Lake Como. The tour was very well conducted by our tour leader Ms.Chiara who was very friendly, always smiling & cheerful; she was very versatile in Spanish, Italian & English & kept the mood of the team very jovial, I must admit that Chiara was most definitely the best tour leader/guide I have encountered ever in the world. Thomas was amazing. He already knew prior to me and my partner boarding that I was going to propose. We spoke privately and got everything planned. We had a few stops and Thomas was very informative. We were given a bottle of lovely Prosecco as well. Without Thomas our evening would not of been as special as it was! Thank you so much
