Sylvia was so good. Engaging. Interesting. Knowledgable and a really good teacher all wrapped up in a very personable person. My mother and I spent the late afternoon learning so much about fragrance and exploring it for ourselves around a table as Sylvia guides and explains along the way. We now both have a wonderful bottle of scent designed by us. I smell delicious! A great experience and worthwhile for your time in Florence whether you are a local or a tourist!

Really.. Every moment was a perfect experience! First of all, he came to the hotel to pick up from dawn and gave me a glass of water! Really... attentive and thankful! On the way to the hot air balloon, he gave me a lot of information about Florence! Very informative 💗 Also, I was a little worried because it was my first time in a hot air balloon, but I was able to ride without fear and not be nervous! If you apply for this tour, you will have a ecstatic and happy experience!! Watching the sunrise in the hot air balloon is a very special experience! 🫠💛 We were lucky to have only our family on the hot air balloon, but the family loved it so much! The hot air balloon driver is also witty and kind!! After riding the hot air balloon, we celebrated and bursting champagne and Tuscany local food made us even more buzzing 😆🥂🍾 I want to come back next time 💗 Special and happy for my family Thank you very much for making me full of memories ✨🙌🏻 And thank you for taking pictures and videos with drones and good cameras 😆

Very worth seeing the big castle focus, come to Australia must visit, highly recommended, so beautiful! Although the photo can't take the intuitive shock of the big castle focus, it has fallen deeply in my heart and mind. This time due to limited time, snorkeling has not been completed, and I will definitely come to Cairns next time I have a chance! We had such a wonderful time with Luca. He was informative, energized and clear to understand. Even after such a long day we are leaving in such a great mood. We would recommend this tour and Luca to anyone looking for the Italian experience outside of Florence needs to book.
