The day began with a wonderful visit to the local market, where we saw the freshest seasonal ingredients while learning about their origins and uses. Every detail of the class reflected professionalism and passion—from the warm welcome to the beautifully arranged kitchen, which was both elegant and inspiring. The instructor’s expertise and graceful teaching style made the experience not only educational but truly memorable. A perfect blend of culture, flavor, and culinary excellence.

I did the Electric Bike City Tour in Mexico City today and it was fantastic! Sergio and Eduardo were amazing guides — they constantly made sure we were comfortable and had enough water throughout the ride. The e-bikes were easy to use, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Sergio was the main guide and did a great job explaining the history and culture along the way; his English was excellent and he clearly knows the city very well. Overall, a fun, informative, and well-organized tour — highly recommended!
