Extremely satisfied! The hotels were excellent. Villa Bali, part of the Kuta Lagoon Resort, has a great location, is very clean, and is a 10-minute walk from Legian Beach. You can surf or enjoy the sea view. Le Grande Hotel Bali, owned by the son of former Indonesian President Suharto, is new and modern, and also very close to Dream Beach. It's safe to say that this wonderful trip was inseparable from these two hotels.★

I felt that Ctrip did a very good job in all aspects. The accommodations, itinerary, tour guide, and driver were all good, although the food was a little lacking. I was extremely satisfied with our tour guide, Yuan Zhuan. He was enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgeable, leaving a deep impression on all the tourists in the group!
