Buy and use immediately – awesome! Cheaper than buying on-site, and no need to exchange tickets – just scan the QR code to enter the station. You can ride in unreserved seats. If you need reserved seats, you need to go to the vending machine inside the station or go directly to the counter to buy tickets for an additional fee. Buying tickets at the counter costs 450 yen per person, while buying tickets manually after boarding the train costs 500 yen.★

The ticket office was crowded in the morning, so I was glad I could buy tickets in advance, and the process was easy. There were so many people lined up at the bus stop, and I was worried whether everyone would be able to get on, but it seems they increase the number of buses according to the number of passengers. There were also power outlets at the seats on the bus.★
