Benaditta was a fantastic guide who was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process of making Balsamic vinegar and its history. We were encouraged to ask questions and Benaditta was great with our 7 year old who was very inquisitive about the process. The vinegar we tried at the end were absolutely beautiful and we bought 3 bottles. The price of the Balsamic Vinegar was actually slightly cheaper here than at Mercato Albinelli. Benaditta was a great host thank you! Apologies if I got your name wrong

Bernadetta was a fabulous guide. She was knowledgeable a good mix of history, culture and food, and took us to all the sights as well as being very personable and fun too. Our first walking/food tour and we will defo do more of them. A brilliant introduction to the city of Modena. The food we sampled was delicious. Definitely would recommend.

I loved this tour. Very informative personal tour of a family’s balsamic vinegar stores and an understanding of the beautiful tradition in Modena of starting batterias of vinegar for each family member when they are born and nurturing them through the years. The family are lovely and the food was delicious. A very educational tour about Modena tradition
