First, we took a bus tour around the city's major attractions. This was a great experience, giving visitors a glimpse into Vienna. Then we headed to Schönbrunn Palace. There were no shopping stops along the way, which was fantastic. Upon arriving at Schönbrunn Palace, there was a guided tour, which was also a very good experience. Overall, it was excellent.

The tour was very informative about the family that lived in the castle. A touch of reality against the backdrop of a facade that was/is so important to persons in power. The guide was engaged, animated and very helpful. Just the winter cold made the outdoor tour tough to enjoy!

Batina was a great guide! We learned so much and had a wonderful time. The history was interesting, the jewelry gorgeous, but the micro-crystal figurines were breathtaking! Highly recommend as a fun, easy, indoor activity while in Vienna! Enjoy your champagne and shopping!

I have nothing negative to say. The tour guide was amazing, explained everything in a way that we could understand and follow. Waited for us at the entrance just like mentioned. And she started right in time. I liked the punctuality.


