We did Mt Cook and Hooker Valley trip in September and had an awesome day! There was some snow still about which made for stunning views along the way and when we arrived at Mt Cook. The walk was amazing and we were given the choice to do the full 10 km walk or do part of the walk and spend time at the alpine centre. My wife did the walk and it was well worth it as the scene was incredible at the end, seeing icebergs and glacier formations. Our guide Dayton was excellent, very knowledgable and kept us entertained during the trip. This was an amazing day with plenty of stops along the way and one of the best trips to do in new zealand.

Awesome experience guided by Flavia and Kirby! Such a once in a lifetime experience, and felt very safe at all times. Guides were great and wanted us to enjoy making wonderful stops along the hike.


