The service was excellent. They picked us up from the pier, helped with our luggage, booked our hotel, and the food was very special. They even bought us food, played with the kids, and took photos for us while we were snorkeling.

Thank you so much! My family really enjoyed it! It's especially great that they take photos and videos and then send them, which is a huge plus! Overall, we really enjoyed everything, and the receptionists are especially grateful; they were very friendly!

Everything went great. We saw eight manta rays. The guide tried to take photos of everyone with them. There were a lot of people, but there was enough room for everyone.

Everything was organized perfectly. I was late for the 9 o'clock appointment and they went out of their way to reschedule it for 2 hours. There weren't any stingrays, though. But I understand. They're not tame, and sometimes there aren't any. But we did go snorkeling. Everything was great, I recommend it.

Compared to other snorkeling trips I've done, this one was less well-organized. There was no seasickness medication or vomit bag available. However, a big thank you to the team for bringing me back to shore early because I was feeling very unwell.


