Everything was perfect. The bus was very comfortable, the driver impeccable, and the guide was also very attentive and her narration engaging. The excursion to the castles was like something out of a fairytale: the entire landscape was covered in snow, and the castle visits were beautiful. It's a shame that photography wasn't allowed, but everything was stunning. I highly recommend it.

Everything was wonderful at Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castle! Our guide Dimitri was knowledgeable and very informative with many helpful tips. We decide to take a steep hike to Mary’s viewing bridge and the views were amazing! Highly recommend tour with Gray Line. 😇👍

It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

Fantastic day had by my wife and I. We upgraded our package for a premium experience which meant an extra stop, smaller group and a more comfortable spacious bus with snacks/fruit and coffee/water provided throughout. Our driver Errol (spelling may be incorrect) was very good and we were in good hands plus at the end of our Neuschwanstein excursion he handed out beers as we got back on the bus (bloody good man!). Of course the day doesn’t run smoothly if your guide isn’t up to it and I can say that Monika was certainly one of the best guides we’ve come across. Full of great info and historical knowledge. Plus she had a very good sense of humour! We would highly recommend this tour.


