It's wider than usual sleeper bus, more comfortable and with complimentary water bottle. It's a very good experience. The only hiccup will be the ticker counter unable to find my booking, it took more than 10mins to get it sorted.

We booked this with a friend, but the bed was too narrow for two people; we couldn't even turn over. There were phone chargers and water available. The bus stopped every two hours for bathroom breaks. The driver was good; I slept the whole way. Upon arrival in Da Lat, there was a minivan to take us to the next stop. In Da Lat, we had coffee, instant noodles, and snacks.

Once you make a reservation, you will be contacted via WhatsApp. If you do not have WhatsApp, please provide your KakaoTalk ID to the Trip.com customer service center, and they will respond to you. You will then need to send your passport photo, arrival and departure dates, and flight number via that reply. I used this service today for a departure from Ho Chi Minh City; although I paid a hefty 70,000 won, the immigration and X-ray process was completed within 30 minutes. Staff member Alex took excellent care of meticulous attention.
