I used this service while traveling alone. I rode the bus with other day tour groups, and our group consisted of speakers who spoke both Korean and Chinese. The guide spoke both Chinese and Korean and provided excellent explanations. The weather was nice today, so I was able to see the full view of Mount Fuji, which was great. Next time, I would like to enjoy this day tour with my parents.

My father and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Kim Myeong-cheol, told us many interesting stories throughout the bus journey and shared insights that only locals would know, so there wasn't a single dull moment during the trip. He led the tour so well, and the meals were satisfying as well. I am very grateful to Guide Kim Myeong-cheol for making it such a wonderful day.

The trip to Mt. Fuji with Guide Kang Gil-man was wonderful. The bus wasn't full, so it was comfortable. It was just a bit of a shame that it rained on Mt. Fuji due to bad weather. I plan to go again next time. We ate at a designated restaurant, and the food was decent for a tourist eatery. Thanks to Guide Kang Gil-man, who took good care of me even though I was traveling alone, it was an enjoyable trip.

It was a very lucky trip! The weather was perfect! The scenery was beautiful! I took photos of the mountain from every angle. Most importantly, the tour guide was amazing! He provided attentive and thoughtful service at every stop. His problem-solving skills were top-notch. The day's itinerary could have ended perfectly, but due to my carelessness, I left my phone in the restroom of the Yamanaka Lake parking lot at the last stop, and didn't realize it until I got back to Tokyo. Losing your phone these days is a disaster 😂 The tour guide reassured me and immediately contacted the park management. However, all the staff had left by 5 pm, and no one could be reached. The tour guide actively helped me contact other tour guides who were going to the park the next day, trying to find one to help check. I was still quite worried, but the next morning, the tour guide contacted the park and was told that my phone had been found. I finally felt relieved, and I received my phone that evening. I am extremely grateful for the service of the tour guide and his team!

This time, we arranged for Zhan Jie from Gogoday to be our guide. Jie clearly explained the history of the attractions along the way, as well as things to note when watching the fireworks. Although it was a Japanese holiday, our entire trip went very smoothly. Jie even arranged a last-minute visit to the pirate ship at Lake Ashi, which was definitely worthwhile! We arrived at Atami Beach around 5 PM, and because there weren't many people yet, we easily found a spot to watch the fireworks. Although we waited a while for the tour bus, it still arrived at Tokyo Station on time. Finally, because I was too tired, I forgot my belongings on the tour bus, and Jie immediately helped me contact the driver. I received a message from Jie before I even got out of bed the next morning, saying that my belongings had been retrieved. I'm extremely grateful for this small gesture, especially since it contained important medications. I highly recommend it! The fireworks are also definitely worth seeing!
